What began as a brief to support their Annual Investment Meeting has grown into a long-term partnership built on trust, consistency, and a shared understanding of what matters to stakeholders. Each year, the objective has remained clear: communicate performance, culture, and direction — with clarity.

The Solution

A Pan-European Narrative: Our work with Fremman has taken us across Europe — from London to Paris to Munich — capturing interviews with investment partners and portfolio companies. This wasn’t just about filming content. It was about building a connected narrative: • How the firm operates across borders • How decisions are made • And how people, not just performance, define the business By documenting voices across the firm and its investments, we’ve helped translate a complex, pan-European platform into something tangible and human. The Annual Investment Meeting: The Annual Investment Meeting is Fremman’s most important communication moment. For the past two years, we’ve delivered films that sit at the centre of that experience — shaping how the firm presents itself to investors and stakeholders in the room. Our role goes beyond capture. We design content that: • Frames the narrative of the year • Reinforces leadership messaging • And creates a sense of cohesion across presentations Because in these moments, clarity builds confidence. The Fifth-Year Moment: In 2026, Fremman reached a significant milestone — five years since inception. The challenge was clear: How do you tell that story in a way that feels meaningful, not retrospective? The answer came through collaboration. Together, we developed the idea of a bespoke animation — something that could step away from traditional formats and bring the firm’s journey to life. The concept was simple: • Start with the early days — building from nothing • Introduce the people who shaped the firm • Show the evolution into a pan-European platform The animation allowed us to: • Simplify complexity • Introduce personality • And create a moment of reflection that felt engaging, not corporate It became a centrepiece of the meeting — a different way of communicating the same depth of story. From Content to Full Production: This year also marked a shift in our role. Alongside delivering all creative content, we took full responsibility for the production of the event itself — overseeing the environment in which the story was told. From staging and flow to the integration of film within the live experience, everything was considered as one connected narrative. This evolution led to the creation of Dream Collective Agency — our dedicated production arm focused on delivering seamless Annual Investment Meetings and corporate events. Because content and environment should never be separate. A Long-Term Partnership: Our relationship with Fremman is built on consistency. • We understand the rhythm of their communication. • We understand their audience. • And we understand the importance of getting it right. From filming across Europe to shaping key moments in the room, we’ve become a trusted partner — not just to deliver content, but to help define how the firm presents itself.
